Mark Sell Rotary Teacher Grant
Mark Sell Rotary Teacher Grants are offered by the Rotary Club of Sebastopol. Applications for Spring 2018 funding will be accepted from February 26, 2018 through March 30, 2018. Successful and unsuccessful applicants will be notified within 4 weeks of the final date applications are accepted.
Teachers at all public and private non-profit schools within the boundaries of the West Sonoma County Union High School District are eligible to receive one-time grants of $50 to $500 to purchase classroom materials or to implement programs that might otherwise go unfunded. Since the start of the teacher grant program in 2002, over $262,000 has been raised for distribution to local teachers. Teachers must request grants individually. Individual teachers may apply for no more than one Mark Sell Rotary Teacher Grant per funding cycle and may receive no more than two Mark Sell Rotary Teacher Grants per year.
